Meet Kimbley N. Puckett, Esq.
Kimbley N. Puckett is a dedicated and results-driven Atlanta family law attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients across Georgia. As the Managing Attorney of Minerva Legal Group, she focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, legitimization, and post-judgment modifications.
An Atlanta native and proud University of Georgia graduate, Ms. Puckett earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. She is licensed to practice in all Georgia State Courts and is deeply committed to protecting her clients’ rights, families, and futures.
Ms. Puckett began her legal career advocating for survivors of domestic violence, collaborating closely with victim advocates, law enforcement, and judges to ensure survivors had a voice in the courtroom. She also contributed to the Georgia Domestic Violence Benchbook, a trusted legal resource still used by judges statewide.
Known for her strategic approach, clear communication, and unwavering professionalism, Ms. Puckett helps clients navigate even the most emotionally complex cases with empathy and confidence. Her philosophy is rooted in balance and understanding:
